TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By approving these terms and conditions and confirming your order, you enter into a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver if the stock level is incorrect at the time we receive your order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the terms of the order confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any order with CAN PIZZA.

Age Restrictions

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must inform your parent or guardian of our privacy policy before registering to use this site or any of its services.

Prices

Prices do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on the site are in Euros. All prices include applicable Spanish VAT.

Promotions

Promotional codes are limited to one time per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotional codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly stated time or as long as we have stock and do not apply to previously placed orders.

Delivery time and costs

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. Please note that the following shipping costs do not include import charges that may be due when the package arrives in the destination country. Delivery times may be slightly longer during sales and public holidays. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email which you can use to track your order. If we are unable to deliver the ordered products on time, you have the right to cancel the order. If payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded as soon as possible within 30 days.

damaged products

If the product is damaged or does not correspond to the product presentation on canpizza.eu, you have the right to file a claim.

How to file a claim

Contact hola@canpizza.eu as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or rectify the fault. If this is not possible, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or repair the fault, we will refund your money. If you can send us a photograph of the damage/fault, this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim, you will be informed and a new product will be sent to you along with compensation for the return shipping costs, or we will refund the product and return shipping costs.

Force majeure

We are entitled to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar. This means that the agreement does not have to be fulfilled in whole or in part. If this, contrary to expectations, should happen, we will try to notify you.

Your rights

You have the right to request that CAN PIZZA correct, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. To exercise these rights, please contact our customer service at admin@canpizza.eu. You have the right to request information about all processing of your personal data carried out by CAN PIZZA once every calendar year. You may at any time prohibit CAN PIZZA from using your personal data to send you information and news. Upon receipt of your notification, we will stop processing your personal data for these purposes. To delete your records, please contact our customer service. You also have the opportunity to opt out of receiving further information and news in each e-mail from us.
